This is a cloning time line. The growth rate is dependent on the cloning environment- temperature, moisture, soil mixture and most important the genetics that your trying to clone. Some cuttings will take longer. As long as the cutting is still green, success is on the way.

Day 1 Your cuttings are in the chamber. The light is on (24-7) and the four vent holes are closed. For the first four days spray the cuttings with water, also spray the inside of the chamber (this builds up moisture and exchanges the air). The thermometer should read 75 to 80 degrees.
Day 2 Spray the cuttings and the inside of the chamber 2 or 3 times a day. Temperature should be in the green zone.
Day 3 Spray 2 times a day.
Day 4 Spray as you did yesterday but open 2 of the vent holes half way. This is the time when the clone is becoming acclimated to it's new environment. If the leaves are droopy keep the moisture up by spraying and close the vent holes for another day.
Day 5 Spray at least 2 times a day.
Day 6 Spray 2 times a day. Make the temperature 75-80 degrees. Open the holes a little more. If you see the clones wilting, close the vent holes.
Day 7 through Day 13 Spray 2 times a day. Check the temperature and adjust the vent holes as required.
Day 14 Around this time roots should become visible. This is dependent on environment and plant genetics so don't be alarmed if you don't see anything yet.
Day 15 The growing tip should start growing now.
Day 16

At this time the cutting should have developed roots. The cutting has failed if all the leaves have lost there green color. As long as there is any green color left, don't give up. At this time the clone is living off its leaves so some of the leaves will yellow.

Day 17 Spray with water once a day. By this time all the vent holes should be fully open.
Day 18 and beyond
Since all plants develop at different rates, it is not unusual for a cutting to take more time to develop into a plant. Don't give up, success is in sight.
